Even the team at Direct Backup and our partners don't know the encryption key and we can't access the content of the backup data stored on the online backup server.

Please write down the encryption key and keep it safe. Without the encryption key, it is impossible to recover the backup data.

Multiple copies of your backup data can be stored at the data centre. This means you can archive your work and retrieve data from days or even weeks ago.
