Option 1 - Hosted White Label Reseller

The Direct Backup white label program enables you to offer a fully serviced online backup solution to your own clients. No need to worry about any hardware or bandwidth speeds and loads. We supply this to you.

This reseller package includes the Direct Backup Client Side Application, including all end user system screens and email reporting branded to your company. Once set up, you can manage all your clients through the reseller management console.

Each Client Side Application can be customised to individual requirements. We offer resellers the following pricing for all Client Side Applications so you can customise your own packages.

  $1.10 Mth Per GB (Min package 10GB, Min Term 12 Months)
  Example: 25GB x $1.10 = $27.50 x 12 Months = $330 Year
  
  
• Professional Client (Blue Label)
  $1.50 Mth Per GB (Min package 10GB, Min Term 12 Months)
  Example: 25GB x $1.50 = $37.50 x 12 Months = $450 Year

Option 2 - Full Server Licence

The Direct Backup software enables you to offer a fully serviced online backup solution to your own clients − on your OWN servers.

This involves the re-branding of the Direct Backup Client Side Application and server application, including all end user system screens, email reporting and installation.

If you choose Direct Backup Provider, you need to purchase 2 types of licenses:

• Client licenses
• Server license

Client Licences

You can purchase one CAL for each user account you need − one CAL equals one username and password. The number of CALs you purchase becomes the number of end-user backup accounts that can access your Backup Server.

• Professional Client CALs

• Home Client CALs

Server Licences

Full Server Software Licence, starting from $3,200

1. A Full Server License is a single site license for 1 DNS
2. An unlimited number of Clients (CALs) can have access to the server
3. You can offer trial accounts
4. You can supply (branded) sub-portals for resellers
5. The maximum size of the backup account per Client
6. Branded software is standard included in Full Server Licence
7. Load balancing or clustering of the servers is optional
8. Integration with provisioning and billing systems is optional
9. Each server license includes a ‘starter kit’ of Professional CALs
10. Each server license includes a ‘starter kit’ of Home CALs
